Data deletion

Under Art. 17 GDPR you have the right to request the deletion of the personal data I hold about you. You can request the deletion directly using the form below - alternatively, an informal email to hallo@tonino-gerns.de is enough.

How the deletion works: For security reasons, I first confirm your request to the email address you provide, so that nobody can request the deletion of data that is not theirs. I then delete the requested data and you receive a final confirmation. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected; invoice data from purchases is processed by my sales partner CopeCart as an independent controller.
